Why Register in the NTNU Alumni Database?

  • Receive invitations and quickly register for upcoming alumni events
  • Apply for the Alumni Card to unlock additional opportunities, both on and off-campus (please refer to the 校友福利 section for more details)
  • Get a subscription to the NTNU Alumni Newsletter and stay up-to-date by reading news about your Alma Mater
  • Create your own alumni association's website for free (for groups of 5 persons or more who complete registration in iNTNU)
How to Apply for the NTNU Alumni Card?

1. Applicant qualifications: alumni with degrees or certificates from NTNU
2. Documents to prepare:
- Your graduation certificate (if unavailable, you may upload the front side of your ID card or passport instead).
- One 2-Inch photograph
3. Application method:
- Apply online: check our NTNU Alumni Database Registration  Guide and  iNTNU Alumni Card Application Guide
- Apply on-site
4. Application fee: for first-time applicants or in the case of loss, a processing fee of NTD 500 is required.
Note: There is no expiration date for alumni card no matter when you graduated.
5. Payment method:
- Pay online by using:
  • credit card
  • Web ATM
  • payment through convenience store
  • counter payment
- Pay in-person

6. Collection method:
- In person
- By mail
